Prior to that Jan was Managing Director of People’s Bank UK and held roles with Beneficial Bank in both the UK and US, rising to Group President level, where he created and led successful affinity and co-branded businesses.

Jan is recognised for developing and applying critical strategic solutions and turning under performing operations around. A passionate people leader, instrumental in implementing Business Excellence, process improvement and Investor in People programmes with significant stakeholder results.
